With over thirty years’ experience in the creative industries, retail, enforcement and IP policy, Eddy helps to develop and manage all aspects of FACT’s business and has been a leading advocate of the need for strong and effective enforcement to tackle IP crime. He is Vice Chair of the UK’s Intellectual Property Online Protection Group, which brings together practitioners from the public and private sectors to tackle key issues in the fight against piracy and counterfeiting.
