We are delighted to invite you attend a Workshop on developing personal resilience hosted by Ruth Colling of Nicholson McBride Fisher.

As COVID-19 has continued to restrict our working  practices, we thought it would be helpful for us all to step back and think about how resilient we are and how we can maximise our personal resilience – something that is very relevant to us in the busy roles we all perform.  We are therefore inviting you to attend a workshop facilitated by Business Psychologist, Ruth Colling, from Nicholson McBride Fisher (NMF).  This will be a practical session that will enable us to take stock of our current levels of resilience, learn how we can increase our own resilience levels, and help us to support those around us who may be struggling with their resilience levels.

Ruth is a highly qualified Business Psychologist and coach and has practised in the field for over 20 years.  She has worked extensively across most sectors, with a wide range of senior individuals and teams – all with a wide range of challenges to navigate!  Ruth’s focus has always been about helping individuals to get the best from themselves, and to support organisations in getting the best from their people.  She’s done this in a variety of ways, including executive coaching, team coaching & facilitation, and delivering leadership development programmes.  Prior to working as a psychologist, Ruth spent several years in the HR field, working for UBS and British Steel.
