We are delighted to invite you attend a Workshop on developing personal resilience hosted by Ruth Colling of Nicholson McBride Fisher.

As COVID-19 has continued to restrict our working  practices, we thought it would be helpful for us all to step back and think about how resilient we are and how we can maximise our personal resilience – something that is very relevant to us in the busy roles we all perform.  We are therefore inviting you to attend a workshop facilitated by Business Psychologist, Ruth Colling, from Nicholson McBride Fisher (NMF).  This will be a practical session that will enable us to take stock of our current levels of resilience, learn how we can increase our own resilience levels, and help us to support those around us who may be struggling with their resilience levels.
